Answer: Yes, online payment at Fletcher hotels is safe. Your data is encrypted on a secure connection. This is demonstrated by the small closed padlock at the bottom right of your browser and at the top of your browser's address bar where you can see "https://". Your details will be handled with the utmost privacy. Please also see our Privacy Statement. |
At Fletcher Hotels you can pay via iDeal, PayPal, credit card (Visa & Eurocard/Mastercard), or directly at the hotel. If you pay by credit card, PayPal, or iDeal, the amount is directly debited from your account. Using a Fletcher Gifcard during check-out is also an option. |
iDEAL is an online payment service, developed by ABN AMRO, ING Bank, and Rabobank. IDEAL allows you to make safe, secure, and easy online purchases. You can make payments in your preferred method, based on the specific security requirements of your own bank. As an Internet banker, you can use iDEAL directly, without first having to log on. When you complete your reservation, your reservation confirmation will appear on your screen. You can print this out by clicking on the 'print’ button. You will also automatically be sent a copy of the confirmation to your specified email address. This could take up to 20 minutes after booking. If you do not receive confirmation by e-mail, we recommend contacting the hotel reception directly. |

In most cases it's possible to cancel a booking up to 5 days before the day of arrival. There are exceptions per booking and hotel. Take a look at the specific conditions on our Terms & Conditions page. Cancelling a booking is easy through: annuleren.fletcher.nl/en. |
